Salary Range $70K to $80K and 20% Bonus

 Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to work with the quality control team, merchandising, and third party vendors to directly identify problems and implement process changes that eliminates these problems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to write/implement ISO 9001 procedures, create/review test protocols, and have experience reviewing product walk through summaries.

Working knowledge of FHSA (Federal Hazard Substance Act) CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), and ISO 9001.
Experience with working with buyers and suppliers both domestically and internationally is required.
Capable of multi tasking, working w/vendors, and have computer skills that include database applications, spreadsheets, etc.
Knowledge of FDA and regulations; ability to interpret and monitor them

This role requires knowledge of food-related regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), when working in Consumables

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Experience working in a corporate environment, creating Test Protocols, reading the results and some international experience w/food and cosmetics suppliers.

Extensive FDA and HACCP experience
