Part-Time or Full-time Inside Sales Person

Tustin, CA based leading website design and web consulting company of Orange County is looking for an internet savvy experienced and professional telephone sales expert for lead generation by warm and cold calling Southern California based businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Call leads of businesses who have contacted GMRWebTeam for website services over the last four years.

2. Cold call businesses to find out if they are looking for any website services.

3. Qualify ones who are interested.

4. Hand over lead to the website consultant for closing.

Qualification/Requirements:

1. Internet savvy

2. Basic understanding of website needs for business

3. Good phone skills.

4. Persistence

5. Business to business cold calling experience.

6. Willing to work on quota of two leads per day with closing rate of at least 20%.

This is an entry level position. The appropriate candidate will be able to move on to the sales position within three months.

Lead generator make $10/hr, plus $100 for every closed lead with project value of under $10,000 and $250 for project value above $10,000. Sales people get 20% of the sales amount.
