Accomplishments:
Overall responsibility for the month end close process, internal and external financial reporting, and supervision of A/R, A/P and General Accounting.
Instrumental in working with outside auditors, bank auditors and tax accountants to complete prior fiscal year audit and current year tax schedules. Essential for complying with bank covenants.
Restructured Financial Reporting Package for more accurate financial reporting and timelier month end closes.
Restated current year financial statements to properly reflect GAAP accounting.
