We are called Layered Health Systems and we find patients for clinical trials all around the country.

Now, if you do not understand what I mean when I say a Clinical Trial, that's okay.  Basically, when there is a new drug coming out on the market, the pharmaceutical companies need a certain number of patients to test it on before they can get FDA approval. We find patients for those trials, so your job, as a recruiter, would be to try and help us find patients. This is something that can be done 100 different ways. It can be something as simple as internet postings, or dropping off a stack of flyers, or even meeting people somewhere.

We pay you per qualified patient you send to us. You receive $20 for every qualified candidate you send to us, and typically what we’ll do is have some kind of bonus incentive program we run every month, like me may give you a $200 bonus for your first 10 patients or so, but typically it $20 per qualified candidate you send to us.

Well that being said, there are probably two or three reasons people really like working for this company. First is that we give uncapped commissions, meaning there's no limit on how much you can make. Second, is the time constraints. At Layered Health you work at you own pace, you work at your own speed. You don't have any quotas to fulfill or numbers to maintain. So if you want to work 0 hours one week you can, and if you want to put in 40 hours a week like my top recruiters, you'd be very successful, but it's completely up to you how much time you put into it.
