Do you have or can you create professional residential leases and landlord forms for your specific state?

We have a website to sell state specific leases and forms but we need a fresh new batch of leases and forms.  The website accepts orders and allows customer to download file immediately.  So you send us the forms and the price you would prefer, we post them and sell them on our site.  Then we split profit 50-50 per sale at end of each month.

Our preference is to have one attorney provide all leases and forms for their respective state but this is negotiable.  We hope to have prices of about $20 per standard lease and $10 per landlord form but this is negotiable with each attorney.
